I recently updated my sever to 10.04.3, and got the latest libdate-
manip-perl, version 6.05

according to the package creator on Perl:

In effect parsing time from strings is broken in 6.05, and restored in
6.06.

There is no backport of libdate-manip-perl in lucid-backports

&ParseDateString (4pm Monday) failed to parse
