Public bug reported:

Rationale: New build dependency of eximdoc4.

It is compiled code, but well maintained in Debian, only one low
priority bug, has a comprehensive test suite, and generally looks quite
harmless. Standard dh7/perl packaging. No user-facing components, so no
i18n etc.
