Availability: In universe since hardy.

Rationale:

Required in main for two reasons

1) New dependency for munin 2.0.0  - instead of static generation of
HTML pages, munin now uses fastcgi instead.

2) Dependency of the Ceph Rados Gateway - this binary package is
currently disabled as fastcgi is not available in main.
