Please sync libnet-ssh2-perl 0.46-2 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Clear -lssl and -lcrypto out of extra_libs, as this fails if
    libssl is installed on the build system, but not libssl-dev.
The delta refers to the fix-build patch, which was dropped from Debian. However, the Debian version builds fine for me now in an amd64 pbuilder instance with the new zlib1g-dev build dependency.

  * Add zlib1g-dev to Build-Depends.
