[Bug 2083236] Re: Net::IP->intip return undef for IP 0.0.0.0 instead of 0

I'm marking Bionic, Xenial and Trusty tasks as "Won't Fix" due to they
reached End-Of-Standard-Support (EOSS):

Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) reached end-of-standard-support on May 31, 2023.
Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of-standard-support on April 29, 2021.
Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) reached end-of-standard-support on April 25, 2019.

In EOSS cases, the only scenario in which a bug can be fixed is when it
is a security bug. This bug is a "regular" (non-security) bug because it
does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege
boundaries or directly cause loss of data/privacy.
