I'm not certain if the this doesn't exit but if it doesn't then it
should!  There have been some issues in the past with bughelper and
python-launchpad-bug users causing some excessive load on Launchpad.  A
couple of things we have done is implement unique useragents for each
application and there is now or will be soon the possibility to identify
yourself in the user agent string.  This will allow Launchpad admins to
quickly contact us in the event there is a problem.  I'd appreciate it
if Leonov had at least a unique useragent.  Thanks!
