[Bug 515445] [NEW] remove default emacs keybindings for gtk apps

Public bug reported:

the current default keybindings for all (!) gtk apps that are like emacs
keybindings is not a sane default for users who don't expect this
behaviour (the majority or people). most firefox users expect that
Ctrl-W closes a tab etc.. I propose that we remove this setting from
the default config as its too confusing for newbies and people who don't
use this setting.
