Thanks for the feedback!

would you mind describing a step-by-step HOWTO to get the stick working
both on Mac and PC? Reading your notes I am a bit confused on how you
managed to do it, am I correct to think that such a key as both syslinux
and grub2 installed (syslinux as default boot manager grub files in the
efi/boot folder) ?
