I've added a couple of changes to broth-lucid which resolve a couple
of build errors. I've wrestled with the fvwm1 thing a while and can't
see why it's being used rather than xfce4 (nearest thing to a clue:
uninstalling fvwm1 and restarting gdm goes into xfce4 as normal).

Also repackaged some small things from karmic to lucid+maverick. We
need to resolve the OpenJDK question

we can have Processing, Arduino and SwingOSC all back in place and
happy.
