Hi,

I'm slowly discovering the fantastic world pytagsfs brings.
I would like to test some things but I noticed that the pytags utility
does not support the -o metastores option (neither it uses
get_meta_store()) but hardcodes the calls to mutagen.

As I'm at the beginning of this code discovery I may be wrong but I think
that choosing the metastore in use is as useful for pytags as it is for
pytagsfs isn't ?
