[Bug 1289029] [NEW] Add support for client certificates
Public bug reported:
We use certificate authentication for Jenkins [1]. It requires client
certificates to authenticate users. Please allow specifying client
certificate and certificate authority paths to the HTTPS client you're
using. Almost every Python HTTPS client supports this.
