Hi,

there are two things I don't really like:
* the download source package contains the .bzr repo
* the name of the folder after extraction is not the standard python-meep-[version]

bzr can easily create a perfect packages with the following command:
  bzr export ./python-meep-1.4.2.tar.gz 1.4.2
