These two should be the same, but they are not

>>>(5.2 * eV) / (400.0 * eV)
Quantity(0.013000000000000001), (J)^2
>>>(1.0 * J ) / ( 5.3 * J)
Quantity(0.18867924528301888), (dimensionless)
