Icons for page layout and scale mode options

Hello,

The current trunk revision now includes some icons for the page layout
and scale mode options so that checkable buttons for these options can
be added to the view toolbar. (See attachment.)

I went the well-known route and mashed up those using Inkscape and
icons using icons from the Tango icon theme. As I am not very
artistic, so are these icons. But they should work for now. (Thank god
that Inkscape has a transform dialogue where one can type in the
numbers and press "apply". :-))

Maybe someone can replace them by more sophisticated versions in the
future...
