Re: [Question #235738]: Toolbar using system icons/colors?

Question #235738 on qpdfview changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/qpdfview/+question/235738

Description changed to:
Hello!

First of all, thank you for creating this awesome pdf reader! I have
replaced evince and I'm using this as my default (and only) pdf reader
on my Ubuntu 13.04.

Ubuntu 13.10 is bringing back the black background on the windows
toolbar, see nautilus 3.8.2 or evince 3.9 beta. I noticed that qpdf
settings are somewhat independent in that area, in the sense that if I
use Faenza icons, the toolbar icons on qpdf are still the same, all
other programs allow them to be replaced by the current theme. There was
a time when I was able to use the main theme icons on qpdf, but now they
are independent and simply do not fit well with the default Ubuntu
theme.

Is there a way you could allow qpdf to use the main ubuntu theme
settings, in the sense of providing a black background for the top bar
if the theme asks that (like Ubuntu 13.10 does), while also allowing the
toolbar icons to be replaced by the selected Ubuntu theme (if I use
Faenza or any other theme)?

If that could be fixed, then qpdf would blend in absolutely perfectly
with the selected Ubuntu theme, along with the main theme icons, instead
of working independently and having design which may not fit the main
theme.

Thanks!
