Hello David,

qpdfview generally takes the approach that settings which you make
become the default for that particular operation, e.g. the print
settings you currently choose become the default for the next time.
There is also currently no mechanism to explicitly set or reset these
defaults other by manually editing the configuration files. For example,
the print settings can usually be found in
~/.config/qpdfview/qpdfview.conf under the section [printDialog].
