Thanks a lot Folmer for taking the time not only to test Qreator but
also to write this piece of feedback. It is much appreciated.

Indeed, this is a known issue that affects qreator and some other
packages from the Software Center. In summary, it is something we cannot
easily solve without spending a considerable amount of time downloading
all of those missing icons, so we decided to leave the missing icons for
performance and better user experience reasons.

The previous QR code remains indeed, but it should change as soon as you
change the data.

That looks like a serious issue. I cannot reproduce it here, though.
Would you mind filing a bug including:
- Information of the Ubuntu version you are running
- The output of the 'dpkg -L qreator' command (without quotes). You
can get this output launching a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and typing the
command followed by Enter.
You can file the bug by going to this URL and filling in the details:

I cannot reproduce this one. Could you send us a screenshot of what it
looks like on your system?

I'm not sure I can follow this one. Could you please elaborate with the
step-by-step description on how to reproduce it?
Thanks!
