If you select any of the "intro" types for an item and use the "read more"
feature then post it and click the "read more" link you will not get the item's
permalink page.  Root of the problem is very simple: if an item is an intro
type it is not allowed to have a permalink page!

The linked forum thread contains a link to a branch that enables permalinks for
intro-type items, but does not contain a sample of "intro.main.php" in any
template.  WIP ... figured I'd start logging actual bugs in the bug reporter :)
