Sometimes, buttons on the toolbar that users see at the top of the screen when
logged in are inactive (e. g.: "Write" button when no blog is selected).

Currently, we simply make the text on these buttons invisible (same color as
the toolbar). In my opinion, that looks weird ("empty" space between buttons,
"orphan" icons without a text...). What about making the text gray instead?

Related: When debug mode is enabled, you see the current value of $disp_detail
in the toolbar. I can barely read it (very light gray), maybe we could use a
darker gray?
