Public bug reported:

Instead of using Quickshot as the user name, we should use whatever
generic user name that the UMP/LMP (or associated project) uses for
their manual. For example, in the English-US manual, it's either "John
Doe", "Jane Doe", or "John Q. Public", and in the German manual it's
"Max Mustermann".

We could either set this up so the user creates the user name, or have a
table located on the Quickshot server, which chooses the appropriate
user name based on the language code being used on the computer.
