Few days ago qutim 2.8.0 works fine, today it just refuse to connent to
icq account, only popups message "parameter error" i didn't do any
upgrades, any installations,  my work pc was up about week, when  at
friday  i'm  finish my work , i just quit qutim, and today  i can't it
bring online. i've tried to reboot pc, then purge(remove old
configs),reinstall qutim, it doesn't help, try to install qutim on fresh
installed ubuntu  - the same bug, now , i've installed qutim 0.2 - it
work's fine
