[Bug 268208] [NEW] "Add proper entries to /etc/hosts" checkbox isn't checked when that function is in use

Public bug reported:

When you edit a VHost the "Add proper entries to /etc/hosts" checkbox
isn't enabled, even though you do have an entry for that site in
/etc/hosts.

If I've interpreted this good, it's probably because this checkbox is
meant to be used when you want to add entries for new domain names.
However, this doesn't allow you to keep track of existing entries in
/etc/hosts or remove/disable them.

I'm just speculating now, but this could have the same cause as bug
242272 . Does Rapache keep track of existing entries in /etc/hosts? If
not, I think it would be wise to do so.

Adding one disable/enable checkbox per domainname seems the best
solution to me, what do you think?
