Public bug reported:

Ideally a tray icon for rapache would be nice.

 - shuold not be enabled by default (shuold it ?)
 - needs an user-preferences infrastructure to let users disable it
 - shuold have a context menu to allow start/stop apache
 - shuold reflect the status of apache just like the current app icon does
 - a command line option should be added to rapache to allow it start minimized after the user login.
