The VirtualHost editor's "Advanced" tab incorrectly reports certain
email addresses as invalid.

Specifically, addresses in the form "example+tag@xxxxxxxxxxx" are not
permitted by Rapache, even though the plus sign ("+") is an allowed in
the local part of the email address.
