In the meantime, I found a workaround: first installed 0.4 version from 
regular Ubuntu repos, set up there my renaming options and then 
imported them back in the newer release, using 
--import-old-version-preferences cli option.

It worked fine. I've done a backup of that file, just in case.

It's good to know you're working on a new release. Can't wait to try it!
Anyways, this workaround is OK for me, at least for now. After all, I 
don't expect I will change my file naming approach any time soon... :-)
