I don't think it makes much sense to work around antivirus software. They all work differently and frequently add new rules.

Its coming into effect even if I do not select run on start. Maybe that could be looked into?

    yes, I have seen a similar warning when I tested the latest
    installer on
    Windows. The installer contains no malware. Virus software frequently
    makes mistakes like these. There's nothing much we can do about this
    (see for example
    https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/issues/3802).
