Thanks for the update, I did notice that its being blocked by a rule
that prevents Symlinks being created into the start folder. Below is
the log from AV

Its coming into effect even if I do not select run on start. Maybe
that could be looked into?

yes, I have seen a similar warning when I tested the latest
installer on
Windows. The installer contains no malware. Virus software frequently
makes mistakes like these. There's nothing much we can do about this
(see for example
https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/issues/3802).
