Hi,
does anyone else have an opinion on this? Would coloring categories or
tags make stuff easier or more confusing?
Cheers,
Jendrik

Hello,
I have just been experimenting with version 1.4, and can say I do
like the new search pane with word clouds, and think it is much
better than the old search pane.
Just one suggestion to make it easy and quick to differentiate
between categories with entries and tags without entries within the
tag word cloud, would be to make categories with tags a different
colour to just tags without entries.
Hi Michael,
why do you need to differentiate between them?
Cheers,
Jendrik
Hi Jendrik
I want to be able to quickly pick out the categories from amongst the
tags. It is no big deal and there is another way I can pick out the
categories by adding a marker to the category tag. I treat
categories like general main topics which have descriptive titles,
and then use tags like subtopics, they are more specific. One journal
book has about 10 categories and 30 or so more specific tags. I will
usually only have one category per journal note, but may have several
tags.
Michael.
