I was using both chromium-browser and Google Chrome Unstable, and this
problem suddenly appeared during some recent updates of other packages
in Maverick (unfortunately I'm not sure which ones.)

Along with the flickering problem is one which I believe is related.  If
a tab is "pinned", everything works fine except that the pinned tab is
not visible.  There is simply some space allocated to where it *should*
appear on the left of the tab area.

What's common to both problems is that the "Favicon" part of the tab is
not displaying correctly; either flickering during load, or disappearing
completely when pinned.
