Previously, as written. 
ubuntu can not create GUID partition in my 2nd array. 
gparted . and diskutility too.

the other  ubuntu can make guid partition table.

(parted) p

Currently. my mappername was change. I made resetting raid size.
1st    2.0TiB      MBR max.
2nd   2.09TiB
