[Bug 607775] [NEW] loggerhead package should depend on python-pygments to support syntax-highlighting

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: loggerhead

Loggerhead now supports syntax-highlighting, but package python-pygments
has to be installed. However, python-pygments has not been added yet as
a dependency, neither in Debian nor in Ubuntu.

Note that nothing is written about this in the documentation, I had to
have a look at the code to discover the workaround.
