We need to implement the core functionality of the Teller service.

    * Lookup image using Parallax, retrieve backend_uri list for objects in object store
    * Perform listing to verify objects are present in the object store
    * Perform checksum verification to ensure objects have not been changed
    * Concatenate object chunks inline to form complete image file
