The bug is reproducible with standard install:.OOo 3.2.1 on OpenSUSE
11.3 KDE 4.4.4

It does not happen when using an install of a vanilla version of OOo
(DEV300 3.3), however that uses OOo's own file dialog.

I deleted the contents of Klipper and OOo returned to normal speed.
