Public bug reported:

After the ACL branch is committed, it would be nice to add remote
address ACLs to the reference implementation.  If this takes a CIDR
range, you could do something like make a container public only to
servicenet, or only your company's IP address range, or anything you'd
like.

We were talking about using .src: as the prefix, but "source" is
probably too overloaded.  I'm liking .ip: or possibly .net:.
