Public bug reported:

I noticed that queues created for DirectConsumer objects remain alive
until RabbitMQ is restarted. They should be marked as 'Exclusive' as
well as 'Auto_Delete' if the effect wanted is for them to go away as
soon as the consumer closes the connection.

Not sure whether this is a bug or not, but the DirectConsumer queue's
topics are UUIDs, so what's the point of having them 'Non exclusive'?
