Public bug reported:

PUT requests that have both an X-Copy-From header and a non-zero length
body should return an error to the user.

Copy requests use the source object to determine the effective body and
content length, so content given by the user signals a lack of
understanding on the user's part. If given, the body of the request will
be ignored silently.

The system should return a 412 error code in this case.
