Please backport PostgreSQL 9.0.x series to Ubuntu Lucid and Meerkat.

Martin Pitt has stated in his blog that "As usual, 9.0 will be provided as official backports for both Debian and Ubuntu", so I opened this ticket to stay updated of the progress.
