When attempting to lp-land a branch that only has a rubber stamp (rs)
approval this error message is generated:

bzr: ERROR: Cannot land branches that haven't got approved code reviews.
Get an 'Approved' vote so we can fill in the [r=REVIEWER] section.

It would be nice if rs approvals were accepted by lp-land.
