Binary package hint: powernowd

The last upstream release of this package was nearly 3 years ago and the
author made it clear that it would be the final release since the
functionality it provided has been moved into the kernel, which does a
better job.  Now this package seems to only be a lightning rod for bug
reports that otherwise should be filed against the kernel.
