[Bug 691194] [NEW] using "-i" to include file in body mutt exits if mail file not saved again in editor

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mutt

I was using the following command line:

mutt -s "hello" -i somefile.txt brian@xxxxxxxxxx

to send myself an email. My text editor then launches and if I exit the
editor without modifying the email mutt drops right back to the shell
without sending the email.

mutt:
  Installed: 1.5.20-9ubuntu2
  Candidate: 1.5.20-9ubuntu2
