As I only tested Windows builds with Wine, I'm interested by feedback on
real Windows installations, especially:
 - Windows XP
 - Windows 7,
 - Windows 8.

For easy testing, here are the 32-bit library DLLs and the example
program for Windows [1]. Unzip the archive, enter the
rohc_main_20120915_windows_build/usr/bin directory, and run the
simple_rohc_program.exe program.

I didn't build 64-bit DLLs/binaries, but I'm also interested by
feedback on 64-bit Windows setups.
