Hi everyone,

I can't remember if the blog says it or not, but the
make_sandbox_topology script requires the sandbox 2.0.99a, if you have
2.0.98, it would fail to create a sandbox because it does not
recognizes the --no-check-port option.

A simple upgrade fixes the problem (or compile the complete branch
that Oldag added :)
