Dear All,

We have encountered problem with the clusters. It seems that the cluster
always will be in “Starting” state, never get response with status
“Active”. On top of that, we have not getting serviceurl for jobtracker and
namenode and node count always pointing at 0. Other information are
received correctly in the horizon. Kindly help.
