Hi,

  Beyond the actual Plugin SPI,  I think it would be beneficial to have a blueprint that describes the process of registering a plugin with savanna and the packaging expectations.  We are getting closer to the point where we'd like to push a plugin implementation and would need that sort of info to facilitate the interaction with the savanna server.
