Hi,

briefly we expect to include main plugins into the main repository (you can see at how the vanilla plugin stub placed there). To enable plugin you should add several lines to savanna.conf (I think that all main plugins should be enabled by default).

I will add more details tomorrow about plugin registering and packaging.
