Using firebug, I compared my instance to the SLA instance, and both
have the control rendered, only SLA's styles are set to "display:
none;"  I'm guessing that some piece of javascript didn't run to set
the styles correctly.  Perhaps just copying the fckeditor directory
manually is not enough.  The proper install technique (I'm guessing
something in setup.py) would probably copy the right files to the
right places.
