SchoolTool Project 1.3.1 release is now available!

This release contains the work done in the first 3 months of 2010, and serves
as a beta for upcoming 1.4.0 release to coincide with Ubuntu 10.04 release.
Packages are available for Karmic and will be built for Lucid shortly.

Porting to newer Zope libraries continued and SchoolTool now has fewer direct
dependencies on ``zope.app`` packages. The other major theme is "security
descriptions" that was a refactoring and review of security and permissions
through all of SchoolTool. Intervention user interface was overhauled
significantly, and prompted email fixes in SchoolTool Core.

And there is an assortment of bugfixes. Below is a summary of changes since
1.3.0 release on Jan 8, 2010. These release notes are also available at

- Updated Zope libraries to ZTK r107027 (Dec 2009) or newer.
- Packages for Lucid uploaded to PPA, several included in Lucid universe.
