It takes 20 seconds, so it is a general problem, in fact perhaps this
is something Welsh has been complaining about.

So basically, if something takes three times longer on the Plug, going
from one to three seconds isn't bad, but 20 seconds (this is really
slow) to a minute (this is just broken) is worse.
