atm in the installation instructions I just cite Lucid (since it is
the LTS and 1.4 and 1.5 aren't very different) and Maverick.
Presumably it doesn't take much if any additional effort to keep our
Karmic releases synced with Lucid, since they're both on 1.4, but at
this point I don't want to encourage new users onto Karmic.  Does that
sound right?
