CAS plugin in Ubuntu?

Hi,

Is it worth pushing the schooltool.cas plugin to Ubuntu? CAS server is
not packaged for Ubuntu and none of our developers have experience
using it. Would be one less package to maintain.

It would still be made available in the PPA together with cando,
zambia, cambodia and similar packages.
