Gentlemen,

I have to attend a funeral Wednesday at 1400 UTC, so lets move the
daily meeting time up an hour to 1230 UTC (that's 8:30 to you, Alan).
If Douglas needs to sleep in, that's fine.  I'll catch him later.  I
mostly need to talk to Justas and Alan.
